Policies & Spa Etiquette
Arrival Guests should arrive at least 20 minutes prior to their service time. Upon initial visit, we will have you complete a brief intake form, and this will also give you time to change into your robe and sandals before your service begins. Earlier arrival is encouraged if you would like additional time to relax prior to your service beginning. In the case of a late arrival we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is frequently not possible, and your treatment will end at the scheduled time so the next guest will not be delayed. No adjustment to the price will be made due to a late arrival.
Attire Dress for your comfort, upon arrival you will receive a luxurious robe and sandals for your use while relaxing in our meditation room prior to your treatment. Our Service Providers are well trained in draping techniques to ensure your comfort and modesty during treatments.
Cancellation Policy Out of courtesy to our guests & staff, we require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any scheduled treatment and 48 hours for packages and group functions. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card or gift certificate used to secure the appointment in the absence of adequate notice. A no-show will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Cell Phone Policy Cell phone use is not permitted inside the spa for the benefit of all of our guests including you. Please complete your calls and silence your phone before leaving the reception area.’
Children Anyone under the age of 18 receiving services must have a parent or guardian sign a Parental Consent Form prior to receiving services. Children under the age of 10 are not permitted to be in the treatment areas or the Meditation Room for any reason.
Gratuity A 18-20% gratuity for exceptional service is customary and greatly appreciated.
Medical Notice If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, nursing, have iodine allergies, high or low blood pressure, are using any prescriptions, or have undergone surgery within the last six weeks please notify our spa staff and we will aid you in selecting appropriate treatments.
Gift Card Policy Gift cards do not expire. Absolutely No Refunds given for Gift Card purchases. A gift card represents a pre-payment for goods & services and may be used for retail items, services or gratuities. Any retail product return will be exchanged for In-Store Credit only.
Accepted Payments We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Sego Lily Gift Cards. We DO NOT accept Discover, checks or Spa Finder Gift Cards.
Spa Finder Gift Cards We do not accept Spa Finder Gift Cards.
