After having made my reservation, I was a little skeptical that I would get my 'spa' experience. I am pleased that I... had misunderstood which amenities has been temporarily stopped. I got the Sego Sampler, and have already considered returning for a different service in the near future.read more

I go here about once a month, or once every two months and the service is always outstanding. Every massage... professional that has worked on me has been extremely kind, welcoming and professional. They go out of their way to ensure that your experience is nothing less than perfect. I would highly recommend this location.read more

Review from 2020- The new manager is trying to make things right. I was suprised she reached out to me almost a year... after my previous review. It's a good location that is trying to make changes for the better. I had a rocky mountain stone massage and loved it. Completely different experience from 2019. I only put 4 stars because due to covid-19 restrictions the rest of the spa amenities were unavailable.Review from 2019- I had been looking forward to a birthday massage after having my 1st born. When I went for my massage I checked in 45 minutes early. My locker had a used comb in it and there were straws on the floor in the meditation room. Ok, it was the end of the day maybe they got busy and slipped on the cleanliness. I sat in the meditation room, it felt like a long wait, I grabbed my phone from the locker room to check the time. It was 20 minutes past my appointment time and no one had come to get me. They didn't even know I was there. They had called my phone to find me. When the therapist approached me she called me by the wrong name. The massage was not standard moving from my legs to my head twice was just kinda weird. Because of the late start to the massage it was cut 30 minutes short of what was anticipated. This was not explained by the massage therapist at all even after the massage was over. I noticed the time and asked if that could be made up and they said it couldn't because of the schedule. I explained my displeasure with the receptionist. They said the manager would call me and no one called. Very dissatisfied with and experience I had been looking forward to. After that experience I would not recommend this spa.read more
